Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $350 CAD (after discounts and before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided, ShopDemand.ca is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
ShopDemand.ca is not liable for:

Packages lost by the carrier

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Packages damaged during transit

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
